If I could give zero stars, I would. Final Miles is unreliable and dishonest, just like many other reviews have said. They falsely claimed a delivery attempt, but my Ring camera shows no one ever came. No knock, no truck — nothing. When I contacted them, they gave conflicting info — first promising delivery the next day, then saying “24–48 hours,” while the tracking still says it’s in transit and due today (08/19) by 9 PM EDT. This is misleading and unacceptable. I’ll be filing a complaint under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (VCPA) and encourage other VA residents to do the same. Avoid this company.

If I could give them 0 stars I will . They are liars and extremely dishonest. They have lost my package and keep lying about it now for 5 days . Claimed they couldn’t deliver because I had a wrong address meanwhile it’s right . I asked them to tell me where my package is and each day they lie about its delivery. LIARS you lost my package. DO NOT USE T FORCE THEY ARE LIARS .

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company is a scam and need to be sued for all the packages they have stole. They sent a picture saying it was delivered to a address that they know damn well is not mines! This ridiculous. Why is zara using this company with all the money they have ! I'm confused !

I’m extremely disappointed with TForce’s delivery service. I paid extra to ensure timely delivery of an important package—my son’s concert outfit—which never arrived. The driver marked the delivery as undeliverable because they “couldn’t access the building,” even though no entry was required. There was no attempt to call or follow up. Now, two days after the scheduled delivery, I still have no idea where my package is or when I’ll receive it. This delay caused unnecessary stress and disrupted a special event for my family. I want to know who is responsible for the extra fee I paid for a delivery that never happened. TForce failed to provide basic communication and follow-through, and I will not be using their services again.
