I'm giving it one star because there is no zero star option. The worst shipping experience I've had in my life. Claiming an invalid address on system with an unacceptable delay while the same address is used for tons of other orders I received smoothly. The poor communication & the unprofessional costumer services show that the company is a such fraud. Be aware! I won't deal again with any retailer using their services. I'm stuck being unable to get my order even after a few complaints & requests.

Joining everyone else in leaving one star. It’s actually amazing. I’ve never seen a business where every single rating is one star. Anyway I am leaving a review because I’ve spoken to someone about changing my address multiple times since they claim that it is not possible to deliver. The second and third time I called the lady clearly had an attitude and it’s from overseas and kept hanging up on me. Not to mention that every time I spoke with her for the minute before she hung up on me there was a whole bunch of noise in the background. Not unusual for a business rely on international workers, but the Indian lady who answered my phone call multiple times simply did not give a single care in the world. I’ve accepted the fact that my package will probably be sent back to the warehouse.

Awful. Twice they have delivered my package to an old address instead of the address on the order. The first time I found it because the picture they provided had the photo of the building and it wasn’t my current address. So the second time the photo was just of the box on a table, but I called my old address and they had it. When I initially tried to get help finding it, TForce just kept responding that it was delivered. I told them they keep taking it to an old address not the address on the order. Nothing. Luckily, I found my packages on my own, but this company is awful. I don’t even understand how that happens twice.

One of the worst delivery companies I’ve ever worked with. I live on a military base and this company doesn’t have access. Weird to me because every company I’ve used before does. I contacted them multiple times to set up a pickup or alternate delivery and I never received a straight answer from anyone in customer service. Customer service is beyond incompetent with this company. I finally was able to get them an alternate delivery address to a public apartment complex near base with no gate or access code requirements and I was still told they had “no access”. Package was supposed to be delivered 2-weeks ago. If you can’t complete someone’s delivery, be an adult, and let the customer know instead of dragging them around for weeks. 1/10 would not recommend this company to anyone.
