Needed suspension coil springs replaced on a Mercedes E class, BC Auto’s replaced those and shock absorbers at my request, quickly and at a reasonable price. A small outfit, recommended to me by another company, I was impressed that the guys wore BC Autos T shirts and looked as if they knew what they were doing!!! A good if simplistic first impression but proved, so far, to be right. I’ll be back… but hopefully not for some time!
If it was possible I would give a 0 star. Last week I took my car to this garage with brake issues. After I got my car back after 24 hours the issue showed up again and one more time I brought my car to this place and they said nothing wrong with it. After a couple of days driving my brakes totally gone and it was impossible to drive my car to them so I took my car to the nearest garage. The new mechanic found out the issues with my car which BC Autos couldn't. The issue was one of my brake pads behind the brake disc was totally worn and the caliper was sucking air inside the system and they fixed everything. I came back to BC Autos for a refund but they refused to give my money back. I'll never use this mechanic again. He said we changed oil and spent time with labour. I don't care, you couldn't find the problem even 2 times I brought my car to you. Cut £10 for your oil and give my money back! They are not trusted 👎👎👎.
Have been using Ben for years, he is honest and reliable. I have since moved from Highcliffe to Broadstone in Poole and still continue to use him despite the distance. It hard to find easily great mechanics with high standards of work.
