I am very pleased with the renovations done to my condo as a new homeowner in Hoboken. Bruno & his team did fantastic work and I believe Bruno had my best interest as a new homeowner trying not to break the bank and he even built a custom vanity and closet system for me. Even after the project was finished I encountered a little problem with my bathtub faucet leaking and he answered my evening call and promptly came the next morning with his plumber to fix the issue. Thank you Bruno & team!

If you’re looking for a general contractor in Hoboken, you couldn’t do better than B&M. Bruno came up with excellent solutions to our homes unique challenges, his men were pleasant and efficient, the finished work was beautiful and his price was more than reasonable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He’s one of those contractors who goes above and beyond and a genuinely nice guy. Thank you Bruno, our home has never looked better!

UPDATE. 6/21/2024. Note despite Bruno Mele's blaming me for his poor work it failed town inspection. Replaced my concrete driveway in 2018 which cracked in 2 months. Failed town inspection. Ducked my calls, emails, texts for years. Hit and damaged my porch deck with a concrete truck and then couldnt find truck papers for insurance claim. Left wodges of concrete spattered on my house siding. Had to pay another contractor to replace Bruno Mele's substandard work. My driveway was done in conjunction with Had to go to state to get some justice. Then his lawyers offered me a fraction of what i paid IF i kept quiet and did not make my story public. Now why would that be? Im a single senior woman and i feel taken advantage of by a contractor. And I guess I won',t be the last. EARLIER POST. This is what my Bruno driveway looked like. It kept cracking. After 3 years I had to hire someone else to fix it since it was not able to pass inspection. He did it conjunction with building my neighbor a wall. Which is now cracking too. I had many Hoboken contractors in to look at the problem and all said it was a shoddy job

NOTE: ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OLD. I BELIEVE THE OWNER'S WORK HABITS MAY HAVE CHANGED SINCE THEN. OR MAYBE BECAUSE I AM AN OLDER WOMAN. BUT B&M replaced my concrete driveway in 2020. It starting cracking immediately. Failed town inspection. They are impossible to get hold of. Texts, emails, phone calls. Nada. Out of desperation I sent at registered letter to his office and home. That elicited a very menancing in my face response. He also hit my mahogany porch deck with his truck. Still waiting on his insurance company on that and obviously they are waiting to hear from him since they called me. So my suggestion find another contractor. Ask your friends. I got three fantastic contractors that way. Totally different experience.
