I have been attending and participating in Kasey’s yoga classes for over 2 1/2 years. I have taken her massage therapy sessions and adhered to her Ayurvedic expertise. Kasey has helped me to balance my body, mind and spirit. She is a professional asset for all who seek to restore their bodies in a healthy way.
