Let me start off by saying OLOH is the most amazing facility. My dad was there for two years before he passed away in July. My family and I would not have had our dad anywhere else. Every single employee goes above and beyond to make sure your loved one is well taken care of. Everything is always nice neat and clean. The daily activities are so great, my dad did so many things that we never would’ve thought he would have but the wonderful staff got him involved and he loved it. The nurses are so loving and caring! If you want to feel very comfortable with your loved one, this is your place. Our Lady of Hope is amazing and my family cannot thank y’all enough for taking such great care of our dad. ♥️

Our lady of hope was alright with me until I had an incident with the rude scheduling lady. The healthcare part is a joke she wait till I get way up there to cancel me when she could have called me. Weird!!!!! I loved this place until I met her. People abuse their authority. The same way she called me to see how long I was gonna be she could have called me to tell me not to come, I came way from Midlothian/Brander mill to short pump then lied about talking to the company I worked for saying she was on the other end If u was on the other end you known I told him 16min ETA you could have told him to cancel me then. I still love the company cause it’s some good people there but the experience I had with her was distasteful

We have a family member here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. There's a good assortment of a services and amenities at the home. They have a salon and a church on premise. Good location not far from most shopping location, and have trips that they'll take that for weekly shopping.

Our Lady of Hope was an amazing facility for my mother (Louanne Carnwath) while she was rehabilitating from a fall. Everyone was friendly, kind, and dedicated to her rehabilitation. Nurses Shelly and Rose went above and beyond to get to know my mom in order to better care for her. They genuinely cared for her and it showed in my mother daily. Shelly and Rose were professional and always prepared for anything we threw at them. All the nurses that cared for my mom were amazing. The doctors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, housekeepers, and everyone else that had a part in my mom’s recovery were also phenomenal! I would recommend Our Lady of Hope to anyone needing a rehabilitation facility. It meant everything to our family that my mom was happy and so well cared for. My mom left Our Lady of Hope not as a patient but as family to all involved in her care.
