I had my trial hair and makeup and day of hair and makeup done for my wedding and absolutely loved how it turned out! I had my hair done by Larissa and she did a great job with my hair and my updo stayed up the whole night (I have thick and heavy hair). Dakota did my makeup and did a fantastic job! When the night came to an end my makeup was still on and looked like I had just gotten it done! With all the tears and sweat, I never had to touch up or reapply!

I showed up 15 minutes early, but my appointment didn’t start until about 20 minutes after the scheduled time. I don’t mind waiting, but once my haircut began, the receptionist came over almost immediately asking how much longer it would take since the next client had arrived. I had called ahead and mentioned that I wanted a shag haircut, which usually takes longer than a standard cut. If they thought it would have taken longer than a standard cut I wish they scheduled me with more time instead of slotted me in with a regular haircut time. After that interruption, it felt like my stylist was rushing to finish. The haircut isn’t bad, but my husband even asked where the layers were. I like it overall, but I can’t help but feel that if she’d had another 20 minutes, it would’ve turned out closer to what I wanted. The staff was very nice, but the salon really needs to manage scheduling better. It’s not fair to keep clients waiting and then rush their appointments. Adding more time between bookings would help make sure everyone gets the service they expect.
