In 2018 when my wife and I reached out to look into selling our property in Leslieville. David (High Park Real Estate Group) came over and did some foundational work. He organized a termite and home inspection. This gave us the tools seven years ago to decide if we were ready for the market. We were not. Between that time and when we reached back out to David November 2024, we had worked our way through the list. High Park Real Estate Group had everyone we needed to put the polish on our home we had for the last 16+ years. Within a couple weeks of contact in early November and at our time, David brought Emily Pike (Design Stager) through. She gave us a pre-vision of what would need to be removed. Next, we set a reasonable listing date that was comfortable, Tania in the office communicated with us to arrange all the professional presentation work. Emily and I kept in contact and I sent updates on the progress. In the last 10 days before the listing High Park Realty had arranged for a professional cleaning service, Emily to come back in to stage and the photos and videos were taken. The house went on the market on Monday and before midnight on Friday we had signed an offer. Selling a property can be and was for me an emotional time. Our agent David Bailey’s client service walked myself and my wife through all the nuances of closing a deal having analyzed the market specific to our house.
