In 2018 when my wife and I reached out to look into selling our property in Leslieville. David (High Park Real Estate Group) came over and did some foundational work. He organized a termite and home inspection. This gave us the tools seven years ago to decide if we were ready for the market. We were not. Between that time and when we reached back out to David November 2024, we had worked our way through the list.
