The building looks great and is very functional. What I’m disappointed about is the management. Me and my partner live in one of the units. The air conditioning system isn’t working and the unit is impossible to be in. We sent them an email about it 3 weeks ago. The issue is still not resolved. Upon bringing this up, they keep delaying giving a tentative date and are telling me that it is hot down at the front lobby where they work as well. The only difference is they don’t have to sleep in this building and get to go home to an air conditioned unit after 5. This should be an emergency that gets fixed right away. Not take over a month, and still not be resolved. The management either doesn’t take this issue seriously, or just don’t know how to fix an issue like this.

Putting its place in history, great design and location. My experience with customer service was amazing, this project shouldn’t be judged based on past projects. It’s same company but a new team leading.
