My friend and I went here for my 40th birthday to splurge on ourselves for a change. What a fantastic experience! From the booking process through to the end, the service was so friendly and excellent, and all the staff really set you at ease. I usually don't see males for massages but the ones here (I'm so sorry I'm really bad with names) went out of his way to put you at ease with explaining the process and draping correctly, plus he had really soft hands! My friend and I both said it was the best pedicure we've ever had. The salon looks out over a zen garden and Phuong is such a perfectionist about your nails! It was also my first facial and the esthetician put me at ease and I didn't feel judged about my skin at all. The grounds were lovely, looking out onto a nice beach with a snack stand and kayak rentals, with a restaurant attached that was so yummy (try the Panna Cotta!) And there was an Indian wedding going on out on the grassy area. It was so colorful and joyful, we really enjoyed the atmosphere and wish the couple well! The Jacuzzi did not feel overly chlorinated which was great for my sensitive skin. My friend and I are also so sensitive to synthetic fragrance and you will not find any here! Just amazing smelling essential oils. And they all ask if you are allergic to anything first! And they don't pressure you into buying products! They are awesome about parking too. We had several services and were on the grounds for more than the 6 hours of validated parking and they took care of it for us. Even the prices were not as ridiculous as some other resorts in the area. All the other guests were pretty chill and friendly, taking photos for each other and chatting about birthdays. Honestly 6/5 stars, can't wait to come back.

Absolutely AMAZING experience! The spa facility was so relaxing, friendly, and clean. I got the ginger root detox wrap with Todd and it was AMAZING! I would definitely go back to try a signature massage, the hot stone massage and facials based on what my group of girls said and other ladies I’ve met. If you’re booking a girls getaway in San Diego, this is the perfect spa to book! And if someone in your group needs an affordable service, their nail service starts at $50 (but everyone in my group said it wasn’t that great… forewarning you all… one even cancelled hers and just paid the $50 plus tip to get out of it). I’m sure all of the other services were as wonderful as the service I received though.

stayed here for my first time, it was also my daughters first time is san diego. what great service and hospitality. we were greeted by the staff with smiles and enthusiasm. at the front desk, Dante greeted us and was very polite and offered us great service. not only was he very knowledgeable about the resort, but also recommended some great restaurants, activities, and sites to see around the area. he was always there with a smile and a hello how are you doing as my daughter and i would leave or come back to the hotel. i would definitely recommend this hotel to others. And thank you Dante for your outstanding service and hospitality. because of you, we will be back. and i hope whoever in management sees this knows how great of a employee you are.

Love this place. This is our second time here. The first time was last year when we got married at this resort and even some of the staff remembered us which I found amazing since I know they see thousands of people. I recommend staying here, everything you need is in walking distance and if not it’s about a 10-15 minute drive
