The Lodge at Woodloch is absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond at every turn. Every single person we encountered was kind, professional, and truly dedicated to making our stay special. The amenities struck the perfect balance of luxury and comfort, and the attention to detail is unmatched—everything from the decor to the fresh plants to the immaculate cleanliness of every corner. They have truly thought of everything. The spa is world-class, the farm-to-table dining was a highlight each day, and the variety of activities kept us both relaxed and engaged. We honestly have zero complaints or negative feedback—our experience was perfect. One helpful note for future guests: when the Lodge says no Ubers, they really mean it. I thought I could pre-schedule one, but rideshare drivers will not come out to this area. Luckily, the staff quickly and seamlessly arranged a private car to and from NYC for us. They handled it graciously and efficiently, never once making it feel like an inconvenience. We originally booked for a week, but loved it so much we extended our stay another night because we simply did not want to leave. This place is a true haven, and it will absolutely become an annual tradition for us. If you’re looking for a rejuvenating, relaxing, and luxurious retreat—look no further.

Just returned from a 3 day stay at The Lodge at Woodloch and it was perfection. This was not my first trip to a destination spa but definitely the best! The room was lovely, well appointed and included fabulous amenities. There is a great variety of classes every day and were all exceptional. Tried some new experiences that I will now continue to pursue. Food was outstanding and all staff we encountered were friendly, enthusiastic and genuinely seemed to happy to be a team member at the Lodge. There was an intuitive attention to detail that was reflected in every aspect of the hotel. Returned home feeling relaxed, recharged, a wonderful reset.

Had a wonderful and relaxing time here with my husband for our 12th anniversary. The hotel has an updated rustic feel that is very well decorated. The staff for the hotel and classes were excellent, friendly, going above and beyond, and were intentional about wishing happy anniversary wishes which was lovely and unexpected! Appreciated the ability to use the spa even if we didn't sign up for massages. Love the outdoor spaces, which were quiet and the grounds were well kept. And the food. . .FANTASTIC! The hotel stay was costly but well worth it. I would definitely recommend for a special, romantic and relaxing celebration!

This was hands down the best experience my husband and I ever had on vacation. From the time you arrive until the moment you leave you are treated like royalty. Every person we met knew it was our anniversary and went out of their way to make us feel special. Extremely accommodating on dietary needs which I needed and felt no drop in quality. The room was massive and so clean and the surroundings were picturesque with wildlife that was calm and relaxed. The spa was heaven. The food was too much but wonderful and so much variety. The art classes were an amazing treat and we came home with some nice pieces. Only thing they could improve is gift shop. Otherwise 10000 stars!!
