Customer experiences
I am taking here physiotherapy treatment from Mandeep.she is very nice nature and she has very good expertise in her skills . I recovered very fast. Thank you Mandeep .
Simran is my life saviour.. went there in so much pain and after the first session she not only put me at was but my pain was also bearable. Her valuable tips also helped me to bring the intensity of the pain. Thank you Simran. .. also a big shoutout for her assistant Sandra and the girl at the reception.. truly amazing staff
Attended this clinic a number of times this past December for a few ongoing injuries and pain. The physiotherapist, Mandeep, who tended to me was great… very thorough, informative and caring. The physio assistant Sandra was also great… very friendly and courteous. It’s extremely helpful and convenient that the front desk/admin does direct billing to the insurance co… this makes things a breeze. A few issues that occurred while I attended early morning appointments were that the individuals (admin?) who have keys to the room where heating pads, ice packs, towels, etc are stored were late on at least 2 occasions, so I didn’t have access to these items straight away when my sessions started. Another time the keys were locked in this room by accident, so I didn’t have access to the shockwave therapy gun for that session. A few things this clinic should consider is getting new towels bc the ones used with me were old, faded, mismatched in colour and a bit frayed/stringy at the ends. Old, faded pillow cases were used for ice packs and heating pads and should probably also get replaced. The other thing was that the doors each had a single temporary hook used for hanging a wreath… the clinic should permanently install coat hooks on each of these doors so more than one item (jacket, purse, backpack, etc) can all be hung. All said and done though, for the location, convenience and bc of caring staff, I would consider going back here for treatment.
The team here are absolutely wonderful. From the fantastic, friendly team at the front desk who always make you feel welcome to the great therapists, this is a really great place for physio treatment. I've been having shoulder and arm issues for several years on and off. I was concerned when Blue left as he provided awesome care but the new management has happily kept the high standards and warm, friendly atmosphere. My therapist Natasha has been simply wonderful, and over several weeks my pain has gone and my condition has improved in a life altering way. She's just a great person, lots of fun, super friendly and really good at what she does. And so glad that the delightful Sandra has stayed on - she is always a ray of sunshine no matter the weather outside! I'd never consider going anywhere else for physio. The whole team here are just the best. You are always valued, always treated with respect and dignity and made to feel valued and important. Thank you all for everything!
