Not only did he take the time to carefully explain everything in detail, but he also did thorough research to make sure the medication was the right choice for her situation. What impressed us most was how patient and compassionate he was. He didn’t rush through anything—he broke things down so we could clearly understand how the medication works, possible side effects, and the best way for my mom to take it. He also made sure to look into her medical history and other prescriptions, double-checking that everything was safe and compatible. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares and puts this much effort into their work. His dedication gave our family such peace of mind, and we are truly grateful for the level of professionalism, kindness, and knowledge he showed. He is interested in serving the health needs of our community and is invested in those he serves and for going above and beyond to delivery my medication. Thank you for your personable service – it is very much appreciated. I will never go back to shoppers or Walmart.
