The Curl Ambassadors Curly Hair Salon

Extremely disappointed. Went in with great expectations given the reviews. The person doing my hair tried but had no experience with black curls. You CANNOT call yourself Curl Ambassadors when you dont understand black hair and our unique texture. You CANNOT cut wet black hair an expect it to work. Please educate your staff. Take the title "Curl Ambassadors" off until you really know how to cut, style, fade ALL curls. Left in tears. Horrible experience😡😤😢

I had chosen the curl ambassadors hoping I could get a high quality haircut and be able to feel confident with my hair both straight and curly. My hair looked okay curly but I can not wear it straight or half up and down. I have chunks of hair missing all around with choppy layers that weren’t even blended. I was contacted by the manager from a different location and they had offered to give me another haircut by a seasoned stylist and unfortunately she even admitted there’s not much she could do. I left very unhappy, frustrated. Im embarrassed to wear my hair out, whether curly or straight this has been the worst experience ever. I have to wait for my hair to re-grow to feel confident enough to wear it out or straight again.

I had a wonderful experience at Curl Ambassadors, Sheyla and all of the staff there are super friendly and helpful. I have thick wavy hair and had never gotten a hair cut I felt confident in until going to Sheyla! My hair looks great, and all the products recommended are working very well! I would definitely recommend them to anyone with curly/wavy hair!! Sheyla my stylist, is super friendly and cuts/styles my hair beautifully.
