I had a wonderful experience during my visit! I came in feeling anxious and insecure about my dental issues, but Dr. Ross, Kay and the rest of the office completely changed that. From the moment we started I was given some cool shades and introduced to some of the staff - who were all extremely kind. Dr Ross was patient, and incredibly reassuring when listening and answering to all my concerns. What meant the most to me was Dr. Ross didn’t just treat the problems—she gave me a clear plan and a hopeful perspective for moving forward. I left the office feeling absolutely relieved and genuinely optimistic about my dental health and future state. Thank you, Dr. Ross, for your compassion and professionalism.
