I've been a patient of Dr. Jin for many years. He has done all my dental work including bridges and crowns. During my last visit, he placed two crowns, but they were a bit too big, so he adjusted them. Unfortunately, while doing so, he also filed down one of the bridges he himself had made on my upper teeth, damaging it and exposing the metal underneath. didn't notice the damage until the next morning and went back right away to let him know. He denied it and said it wasn't him - but it clearly was. I'm very disappointed that after so many years as a loyal patient, he efused to take responsibility for a mistake he made. Sadly, he has lost a long-time patient due to this lack of accountability.

No complaints! Dentist and front desk gave me a treatment plan for my teeth and gums, we finished that and now I’m on to braces! Dr. Jin is very professional, quick, and gets the job done! Would highly recommend! :)

I came in with a broken tooth and not in the best mood because of the pain! definitely a very understanding group of people and a great dentist and they were able to get me taken care of and have a plan for the rest of my dental care! Update: 8/19 Second visit was a complete flop. After specifically having the girl in pink come sit in the room with me last time break down everything and we made a plan to get everything done I have to come back for a third visit because they didn’t book appropriately AND took no accountability. The fact I have to go back for another round is atrocious for my anxiety it’s laughable because even in my review I mention the plan that we discussed and they completely failed

Dr. Jin has been my primary dentist for an over 3-year period. With his deep expertise in his professional field, he has made my visits easy every time (though I am the one who fears dental visits). I had a dentist appointment this afternoon, and Dr. Jin was very experienced, knowledgeable and made me comfortable during my dental treatment today. For anyone who needs a right dentist/orthodontist, I would firmly recommend Dr. Jin.
