Although I had seen a photo of the restaurant before It wasn't until I saw in person that Its true charm shone. It is a delightful place and the interior did not disappoint. I particularly like the use of colours in particular those in the grains of the table top.. The food was very well presented and served with care. I got the feeling that they truly appreciate your custom. I ordered safe things which I was familiar with and all was well cooked without being oily but crispy. Prices were quite competitive and so I ordered a bit more than I would usually do. I am not local to this area but will definitely re-visit next time I am in the vicinity.

Chose Mutchies because it was the busiest cafe in town. Got a warm welcome and a great breakfast. Good coffee too!

Although the food tasted nice enough the portion sizes were an absolute disgrace. nearly £6.00 for a tiny bowl of soup and a small bread roll . Followed by a small piece of quiche and salad bowl which wasn't actually in a bowl and consisted of half a dozen mixed leaves 1 cherry tomato 1 grape and 2 tiny slices of pepper. I really should have complained at the time. The only saving grace was a lovely young waitress and that is probably why I didn't complain

Beautiful little cafe in a great location! Staff were all incredibly friendly and the food was absolutely fantastic and very well priced. Definitely the best burger I’ve ever had from a cafe - will a million percent be back!
