The Fire Within always offers lovely retreats in beautiful locations! I want to attend them all!! And while many activities are presented, you are totally welcome to chill with a book, sit poolside, or commune with any of the other lovelies attending. You are given freedom to choose and no shame is ever felt if you want to sit out of a yoga session. Lindsey makes it very clear that she is there for you and understands you are there for you. There is something quite magical sharing space with people from different walks of life that all come together for a similar purpose… respite and/or adventure ❤️ thank you, Lindsey, for opening and healing hearts, and building lasting friendships between those who were once strangers.

The Fire Within Yoga retreat to Costa Rica was just what I needed to rejuvenate my inner self. I did not think that I would meet such wonderful amazing women but so glad that I did!
