The Foundation Westport 24hr Gym

I’ve worked out at the gym in Manhattan and had a great experience, so I came to the Westport location with high expectations, and it completely exceeded them. The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility is always spotless. I’m especially impressed by the wide variety of equipment. They truly have every machine you could need and even more. Overall, I’ve been more than satisfied and would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Love the environment in this gym, and the workers are really helpful! Matthew, one of the trainers/front desk workers, has been really awesome if I need help with the machines or advice on my form he is always willing to lend a hand. And I have noticed they’ve been cleaning a lot more through the gym which is really awesome to see! Always great to see a place improving and listening to their clients!

I have been a member since 2021, and I’ve never had a more comfortable experience at a gym. The value is beyond the monthly membership fee. The staff is very accommodating and respectful. Matthew takes initiative to fix problems and maintain a clean environment. He even organizes the weights. I often see him repairing and cleaning equipment during the day and he still has a great attitude towards guests and members. I would and I do recommend this to anyone who lives downtown.
