This is lovely pub. Well situated and with free parking nearby after 6.00 it's an easy venue. I went to meet buoys and gulls. They are a shanty choir who were having a practice there. Furniture is lovely. Prices reasonable and it's easy to find.
Excellent Sunday roast Large portions. We had the roast beef and chicken and both were excellent. Staff were very welcoming especially Hayley who was amazing! Great value too
Amazing authentic pub. Beautiful and cozy inside with lovely antiques to look while you wait. Wasn’t expecting much from the food, but it surprised us! The fish and chips were humongous, with juicy flavourful fish. The prawn orzo was cooked to perfection, with good quality prawns and beautiful flavours coming through. Prices for drinks and food are very close to London prices, however worth their price.
