WORST urgent care . I went in yesterday for flu like symtoms and ear pain. She cheked my ears and said I had fluid in both ears. THEN SHE GAVE ME NOTHING FOR THE FLUID IN MY EARS. she told me to use afrin which is a nose spray!! That night I had a 101 fever again 5th day in a row ! Also when I expressed i was concerned about my ears getting infected her response was " yea if you don't get the fluid out it will get infected" then sent me on my way. TODAY MY EAR HURTS TWICE AS BAD. Horble place to go if you sick . Her name was Elizabeth Grove i believe completely unsatisfied with the "care i recieved and I should get my copay back since she dis absolutly NOTHING I AM MORE THEN MAD !!!

Horrible service and horrible care. Tried to call to get an antibiotic prescription changed because it was causing a reaction, and you can’t even call the office. Their number sends you to a call center who doesn’t pass the messages on to the doctors. Took 5 calls over the course of 8 hours to finally talk to a doctor who berated me then finally changed the prescription. Will never be back.

daughter went to Little Clinic after not feeling well for a couple days, keep in mind she's in dental field in peoples mouth daily and was pretty much dismissed by the rude NP. Told its just a common cold, which we are glad is wasn't the flu but no need in the rudeness!!!! She then asked the NP what over counter medicine would help with her symptoms and was told "they are all the same" and dismissed like she didn't have time for her. Compassion goes along way, Do better Little Clinic

Took my son (15) here and was seen by Elizabeth Groves. She was very inappropriate towards us, she was asking the normal questions as usual until it got to the last question. She asked if he smoked, well I know she had to ask but to make a face and tell him he smelled like smoke rubbed me the wrong way. All she had to do was proceed after he told her he didn't smoke. Therefore we will not be returning here!!!!
