It's been a great experience working with Julie and her team at Gallivan. We spent about 4 weeks searching for properties, and as we progressed, she worked to hone in on the type of home I wanted, balancing must-haves, nice-to-haves and things I didn't want. After nine or so houses, we ended up winning a bid on a home that checked almost all of my boxes. She was patient and empathetic throughout the process, and helped to work out some concerns after inspection as well as secured credits and concessions from the seller, even in instances where they weren't obligated to do so. Julie, Katie and the rest of their team were helpful in providing answers to my questions and guiding me through all of the stages through closing. Highly recommended!
