Chose this as a spur of the moment birthday trip. I wasn't disappointed. Quirky little entrance in a shopping center but beautiful decor. Upper scale king suite was very comfortoable. On site dining options. Rooms are quiet.

As one who reads and values review input when making a decision, I will provide my own experience with my recent Doubletree stay. Check in was smooth with convenient parking. The sitting and adjacent bedroom were pleasant looking and clean. The bathroom was modern with a roomy sliding glass door shower. In the evening my husband and i enjoyed a beverage and quick snack in the bar area which was nice to have available. However, all those positives were forgotten once we went to bed hoping for a good night's sleep. The bed was difficult in which to do that since it felt cheap and uncomfortable. Though tired, the bed did not allow that restful sleep for which I was hoping. Even my husband who rarely complains about a bed and can seem to sleep anywhere mentioned how uncomfortable the bed was. Then in the morning, when I opened the mini fridge for the bottled water I had put there the night before, it along with the mini wine and the sparkling water were all frozen solid. We stayed at the Doubletree for its Hilton name and convenience to campus, however a good night's sleep is important so we will be trying the Embassy Suites next time.

I had an enjoyable staying here at this Hilton Double Tree location! I travel for work and I've been to many Double Tree's across the country, this location is by far the best one I've stayed at to date!||The staff was excellent! The hospitality, service, food, and room cleanliness was great! The new renovations to the hotel and aesthetic looks magazine worthy! The food I had here was the best food I had at any DoubleTree!||I would like to give a special shout out to the staff members - Ro, kitchen chef "Garth", Tiffany Crockett, Mike, Margot, and all of the front desk staff, and the maids who cleaned the room!

Our suite was very clean and comfortable but the lotion dispenser was empty and the air conditioning in the unit was directly by the bed and pretty loud. At checkin we were asked if we had a car and we responded that we did not; however, I was given a parking pass. I asked for an emailed receipt at checkout but never received one so I hope that we weren't charged for parking. As others have noted there was lots of free parking in the strip center in front of the hotel. We would consider staying here again but prefer a more city-center location.
