What really stood out was how he documented everything: he took clear photos under the hood and walked me through each one, explaining what was working well and what might become an issue down the line. IKONIC helped me fix my taillight on my 2011 335i after trying to fixing it myself. They gave me a new bulb and were kind enough to not charge. My experience was exceptional, the gentleman at the front was very personable and welcoming. Even showed me how the turbo fan operates on their display engine!! Which was cool! Looking forward to bringing my car back for a checkup after my next trip!
