This place was so nice! It was a cute atmosphere and very relaxing with the essential oil diffuser. I came to Jasmine after a not-so-great Brazilian wax experience elsewhere, and reading all her wonderful reviews. Let’s say, it did not disappoint. She was so kind to answer my questions, and talk with me so I felt comfortable. Also the front desk lady (did not catch her name) was so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend & I already have my follow up booked

I just had my very first Brazilian wax with Courtney, and I was so nervous going in—but she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, safe, and completely at ease. She’s so sweet, professional, and really knows how to talk you through everything. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. Thank you, Courtney, for being so kind and making something I was dreading feel so easy and positive. Highly recommend her to anyone, especially first-timers!

Like many others have said, this place is wonderful. The elemental theme is peaceful. There’s clearly thought put into the calming environment (including diffusers, plants, bidet, heated toilet seat, general cleanliness). Jasmine did a great job at settling any nerves (first waxing appointment- including Brazilian, full legs, navel, and underarms). I appreciated that she mentioned how it’s rare for people to come in without some ingrown hairs, was able to feel more comfortable/reassured. She was quick & thorough. Will definitely return!

The establishment is very nice. The staff were all Fantastic! Two suggestions for them would be to make all the rooms like their water room in terms of lighting, temperature and overall ambiance. Second is to warm up the oils/creams used for the massage. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience! I would definitely recommend to anyone!
