I visited the open house at 17 Alpine Court today, hoping to learn more about the property. Unfortunately, my experience with the listing agent, Tracy Bartlett, was extremely disappointing. As soon as she asked whether I had a real estate agent representing me and I responded, her demeanor completely changed. She became noticeably rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Open houses are meant to showcase the property and create a welcoming atmosphere for all potential buyers, regardless of their representation status. Tracy’s attitude was the exact opposite. I expected basic courtesy and respect, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Not the experience any buyer should have when exploring a new home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christine Hernandez. My husband, kids, and I moved from California to Texas without having ever been there, and she found us the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood (without us even seeing the house in person before we bought it!!) Christine has gone above and beyond in every way. She FaceTimed us through house tours, took videos as she drove through neighborhoods, she was honest about which places would be a great fit for us and which wouldn’t. She promptly answered every question along the way, and we had a lot of them since we were complete newbies to the home buying process. Some people thought we were crazy for buying a house we’ve never been to. But we were just so confident through the entire process, thanks to Christine. And we are so happy we took the leap of faith, because when we arrived to our Texas home… it was the perfect fit. Not only is Christine a top notch realtor, but I feel like we have made a true friend. She is a special person, and I am so blessed to have found her.
