I visited the open house at 17 Alpine Court today, hoping to learn more about the property. Unfortunately, my experience with the listing agent, Tracy Bartlett, was extremely disappointing. As soon as she asked whether I had a real estate agent representing me and I responded, her demeanor completely changed. She became noticeably rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Open houses are meant to showcase the property and create a welcoming atmosphere for all potential buyers, regardless of their representation status. Tracy’s attitude was the exact opposite. I expected basic courtesy and respect, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Not the experience any buyer should have when exploring a new home.
