Shereen has been wonderful with my injury recovery having suffered sciatica while marathon training. The total recovery has been approximately 2 months of treatment. Shereen came across highly knowledgeable with her acupuncture treatment, knowing exact muscle groups affected. The treatment went very smoothly each session, Shereen takes great care with her approach to make it feel as pain free as possible. Each follow up, the pain would reduce and was remarkable to see. Shereen would offer advice on rest period from running and also distance / speeds for easing back into running. She would follow up on the running progress keeping track on any niggles felt during my runs. A really lovely lady, super experienced in her field. As well as being an excellent physio she also offers an ear during appointments, a very personable lady with lots of wisdom and magical powers to heal. Now I get to enter for a marathon next month thanks to you!
