I recently stayed at Retreat Palm Dubai, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality by both the valet and reception team. The location on the Palm is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and skyline. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a relaxing ambiance. The facilities were top-notch, which provided a truly great experience. I opted for a half board option and enjoyed the food at the restaurant, which was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Special thanks to Nathaniel for his kindness, professionalism and helpfulness. This hotel is the ideal choice for anyone who is looking for a perfect beach vacation, excellent service and great view of the city skyline. I can't wait to return!

Great hotel, Great location. Amgad at the breakfast restaurant was really nice and helpful. He was very attentive and always had a smile on his face. Great with the children and elderly. ||Hotel amenities are great, pool and beach area also nice. Rooms are to a new standard and very clean. ||Would come again

Great family experience! :) We stayed at the hotel for four days, and it was truly refreshing. The room, food, pool, and beach were all excellent. I highly recommend visiting with kids, as the hotel has a dedicated pool area and a playroom for children. The service was extremely friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel and lovely location. Friendly and helpful staff. Going all inclusive i would have expected room mini bar to be included in price. Also limited menus at pool bar and turkish restaurant. Not much in way of storage in room with no drawers for clothes storage and bits and pieces. Housekeeping didn’t clean rooms until late afternoon which was a little inconvenient. Lovely holiday but will not ne returning.
