My psychiatrist is Donna, she is great! Any time I need A refill she is always attentive immediately. She’s calm, knowledgeable, and kind.
The doctors are great. One staff member is not that is on the phones and she wont let you speak with anyone else so I cant get to management because the info emails go to her also. They called me about a denial for my insurance, I called to discuss what it reads and to set up a follow up appointment. The lady said I needed to call my other doctor that it was denied because I am not severe enough. I am trying to make you all my doctor if I can do TMS. I asked that the previous person I spoke with who was "Busy" call me back. She said uhh well, ill seee, if she has time. EXCUSE ME!!!!!! I am requesting someone else to help me set up an appointment and discuss that wont keep telling me they cant help me. She said she was holding my paper and the previous lady said they didn't have it yet. Someone is lying! I want management to call me ASAP!
I have been a patient of Dr. Saleem’s for over a decade, he actually introduced me to TMS therapy for my depression and it was a big help!! I continue to see him for my anxiety, honestly he has become like a family member to me, I have been seeing him so long. He is not one of these doctors that just writes prescriptions, he actually listens and will talk to you about your condition/conditions, I should have wrote this review years ago and for that I feel bad. Dr. Saleem saved me and I look forward to my 6 month checkups with him because I know I can share anything with him. God Bless!!
MBH has been incredibly supportive in managing my ADHD, providing thorough testing and effective medication therapy. They respond promptly to my messages and are always pleasant and easy to work with. Dr. Saleem even called me on a Sunday before an appointment to apologize that he had to cancel last minute and offered to arrange for me to see his nurse practitioner instead. Their flexibility in offering virtual visits has been a huge help, saving me the long drive from Richmond to Midlothian. One standout feature is that they issue paper prescriptions, which has made it easier to find pharmacies that can fill my ADHD medication amid the current shortage. Overall, I’m very pleased with the care and support they’ve provided.
