This was my first time visiting The Magic Room and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Lori was absolutely fantastic! She has such a warm and welcoming vibe that instantly made me feel comfortable. The space itself is clean, cozy, and inviting, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Lori is not only great at what she does but also just a wonderful person to be around. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing and professional experience.

During my last visit to Manitoba, I decided to try this salon because it had great reviews — and it truly lived up to the hype! I had the best facial of my life, done by Ambiga. She is so friendly, nice, and, most importantly, her magical hands and expertise gave me an unforgettable experience. I left feeling deeply relaxed and pampered. I also got a pedicure from Rachel, which was equally satisfying and beautifully done. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area, as well as visitors to Manitoba, who are looking for exceptional service and a relaxing atmosphere.

I had a signature manicure done by Menan today. She perfectly trimmed my cuticles and softened my roughened hands from packing too many boxes before I sold my home. I left feeling I don’t have to hide my hands anymore. Thank you very much Menan for providing excellent service and for a delightful conversation. I will be back to see you.

My first visit who did my sports pedicure with a specific person was great. Kim did my sports pedicure yesterday and I was very disappointed. I tried to book someone else that I trust, but, they were not available. I had a great service last time, so I assumed that everyone else will be just as detailed and thorough with their job. When Kim did my pedicure, I went home with dry feet because she only used a pumice stone. I never saw her use a foot file. I had to tell her to use a grater (which she did, and I told her that it's ok if she goes rough because I develop thick skin on my foot quickly due to the nature of my job) and she said she doesn't use it cause she's scared. My whole appointment felt rushed and she didn't do a detailed job my toenails were filed on one side and the other was filed, but they were different shapes (some were round, some were straight). My right toenail wasn't even filed. Definately going back once the person I trust is available, but I will never ever book Kim again. Photos were taken yesterday as soon as I got home from the appointment. Horrible job by Kim.
