I’ve been getting my nails done by Hope , and every visit is an absolute delight! She is not only incredibly talented-my nails always look flawless and last for weeks-but also one of the kindest, sweetest people I’ve ever met. She takes the time to listen to what I want, offers great suggestions, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Her attention to detail and gentle nature make every appointment feel like a treat. Unfortunately, my experience with Tonic Spa & Hair was not good. The stylist, Madison, is not an expert on applying artificial colors on black hair. In our consultation session, I asked her to turn some small portion of my hair to light blue (I showed her the colors). She talked so positively that she can turn it into a beautiful blue even though it is not a light blue. But my hair did not turn blue. Only under tons of lights, some greenish blue was visible. Also, I suggested her to work on top and front of my hair. However, she work on back and inside of my hair leading to no visibility of the color under normal light. I wish she just rejected to work on my hair rather than positively convincing me that she can do it when she was doubtful. She just attracted me as a customer and charged me without fulfilling my request. Tonic Spa & Hair did not refund me and they said we will charge you again if you would like to try other solutions which is unfair. Actually, they did not know what to do with my hair and I am not satisfied.

I just got a great colour and highlights. Matt didn’t rush the process, so even though I’m very blonde, my hair feels healthy. Worth seeing him l love my hair !
