STAY AWAY – PERMANENT DAMAGE AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY Let me say that I have no reason to post negative reviews. In fact, I'm more likely to post positive reviews. I don't have time to be wasting being phony. I'm direct and honest because that's the type of person I am. Customer service means everything right, and when people put their trust in me to provide a service, my integrity matters. That is not the case here. Please protect yourself. She will reply saying that I haven't visited them in over two years. But why hasn't the filler gone away? I had a procedure done at this spa by Dr. Nancy Chen, and I’ve been living with the consequences for a little over two years. But the damage she inflicted will not go away! Even my current aesthetics doctor is shocked. She injected filler above my lips that left me with two hard, visible lumps that look completely unnatural. Multiple professional providers have since tried to dissolve them—four times—with limited success. So it's ended up costing me over eight hundred dollars an agony trying to move the filler out of the space. It has created it sores inside my mouth from rubbing them hard against my teeth. I have been desperate, and they couldn't even let me know what product was used because I was never given that information. I’ve reached out to the spa directly, left public reviews, and even filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, and not a single response. No explanation. No apology. No accountability. Now that I work with legitimate, highly skilled professionals, the contrast is shocking. These lumps ruined the look of every other treatment I’ve done. No matter how much money I spend on my appearance, I’m stuck with this botched result as a constant reminder. If you’re considering trusting this spa with your face, think twice. The lack of skill, care, and follow-through is disturbing. They take your money and vanish the moment something goes wrong.

I have been a patient of Dr Chen for years. As an RN I can confidently say that she is the best Opthamalogist on Oahu. Macular degeneration runs in my family. When I started showing signs she started me on microcurent therapy at the spa. The macular actually receeded. Dr Chen recently did Ptosis surgery on my eyes to lift my sagging eye lids. Three weeks out my eyes look great. At the same time I did Botox on frown lines between my eyebrows and Skin Tyte on my forehead. It looks great, no wrinkles anywhere. Yesterday I tried Hifu Jowls to lift my jowls. I see improvement right away, and will have anopther treatment.

Wow! I am so glad I finally came after finding out about this place such a long time ago! My eye doctor who I’ve been with for years owns this place and I’m so glad it’s located in Kapolei! The first service I got here is the Laser Hair Reduction (LHR). If you look at the price for one procedure it can seem pricey which is why getting the package is best. Also, why do laser hair reduction if you don’t plan on getting all the hair to eventually stop growing?! I do look forward to all the hairs to stop growing. I would always choose this LHR over a Brazilian wax ANY day! Lisa and Crystal are the nurses that assisted me and they were awesome! Yes I would definitely say that this procedure is painless and there is no down time at all. Please mention my name if you come! The package I purchased was a medium and I get 6 procedures and the 7th one free. I will be back to try other services!
