My kids and I have been coming to the kids’ and adult classes for past couple of months and we love it!! The space is very clean and practical, the trainer is amazing with exceptional knowledge and skills to pass on to students! A particularly unique opportunity in Canada where you can experience the benefits of the EMS suits!! (Definitely worth looking into these for muscle strengthening and weight loss goals) Overall, a very positive atmosphere at the club and we look forward to many more classes ahead :)

Great, clean and neat gym with the best trainer! Great atmosphere! The exercises are exactly what you need to feel amazing. I have been training with this wonderful team for about 3 years and do not plan on leaving! Join and see for yourself! If you have a child even better! There are classes available for children as well!
