I had a colonoscopy this morning and the staff was incredible. The nurse Brittney was kind, patient and thorough. She took real good care of me. Dr. Domi Le ThienLuong was great when she did my procedure. The anesthesiologist was even awesome. This location is impeccable in making sure the patients are using sterile equipment and explaining the process. They really made me feel comfortable. The only problem I had was they offer to let my son go back to the recovery room after the procedure, eventhough he had my permission. He wasn't happy about that.

A lot of parking available, which feels safe duringthe day. The building is very clean and feels safe. Not a great layout if walking is difficult as elevators are on one end and procedure check-in is on the other. I'm sure a wheelchair can be requested at reception. Everyone I've ever interacted with have been very nice, very attentive and very professional.

What terrible experience! Got to gateway from the MAX with a huge urge to pee so bad! Went to the hospital to ask for a key to unlock their bathrooms and even with the lady's kindness, they still won't give me the key due to their stupid policies, and instead told me to go to the nearby Fred Meyer which is still such a long walk that I won't be able to make without having my bladder exploding! Shame on them!
