I took my one-month-old baby to Dr. Pelly for reflux, and I was really impressed by how caring and hands-on he was. What made me give him five stars, though, was his honesty. After four treatment sessions, he told me that he had done everything he could, and if the reflux hadn’t improved by then, I shouldn’t keep coming back because there was nothing more he could do. He could’ve easily kept asking me to return, but instead, he was upfront and transparent. I really appreciated that.

I first came to this clinic about 4 years ago when I was pregnant, and in excruciating pain from Sciatica. I was referred to Tod from a friend, although I was nervous due to my pregnancy, I gave his clinic a shot and I am so glad I did. I immediately got relief and was able to walk again, and I continued to see him up until my daughter was born. Today I still go, and Tod and his crew have helped me immensely so that I can manage my chronic neck pain and migraines. I still find it amazing that the doctors here can point out areas of concern before you even mention it to them. The front desk staff has been nothing but an absolute pleasure to work with, very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr. Pelly. Incredibly friendly and professional staff with a holistic, data-driven approach to your health. After a quick call, I was booked in the following week, first for an assessment where they ran tests to gather a wide range of data (including 6 X-Rays) and then the following day to walkthrough results and create a care plan, all within 36 hours. I have been to so many specialists who sit you down, listen to your issue, and jump to a conclusion based on your word and their specialism (only seeing a fraction of the picture) and so I was really pleased to see them take this approach. I was able to learn more in the 60 minutes I spent with the team over 2 days than I had learnt in the last 2 years from physios, RMTs, family doctors, physical therapists, and other chiropractors. Very good first impressions with every member of the team - would highly recommend.
