If you’re looking for the best planner, designer, florist, and an all around all-star wedding team; look no further. The Perfect Day is all of that AND MORE. McKenna, our lead planner, is a literal angel. She spent countless hours finding us the perfect vendors (down to mobile oyster shuckers, are you kidding?), created the most beautiful signage, and took care of every aspect of our rehearsal and wedding day. She reassured every worry I had and never batted an eye when my mom and I had a million logistical questions. She connected us with the most amazing photographer who captured the most special moments of the day who we will definitely be using in the future. McKenna even understood the difficult weight of the day for me as a bride who lost her father a year before. She didn’t rush her perfectly planned schedule when I needed a break and allowed me time to sit with my mom and reflect on those feelings, which meant more to me than I think she realized. McKenna thinks of literally everything, she will tell you her buffer time has buffer time and she’s not kidding. The floral team created flawless bouquets, boutonnières, table settings, and a stunning bridal bouquet for me complete with my late fathers photo and his pendant. I was completely blown away. Mckenna and Heather along with their team at The Perfect Day are nothing short of miracle workers and you NEED them as part of your wedding day. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! This is your sign to book the greatest wedding planning team in Texas. We only regret not hiring McKenna sooner! Thank you, TPD.
Working with the Perfect Day was just that, THE perfect day! Our coordinator, McKenna, was the absolute best. She went above and beyond helping us plan our dream wedding and was always so responsive to my many many nightshift timed emails. The day of, she let my type A self relax and enjoy the big day. I truly did not worry about a single thing the day of because I knew she had it covered!! I cannot recommend her enough, we could not have done it without her!! Id give more than 5 stars if possible.
McKenna was our wedding planner and we were extremely happy with how well she coordinated everything. Very on top of things the day of and made certain that we were where we needed to be. She also allotted time for us to decompress after the ceremony, which was really great. Everything ran smoothly behind the scenes thanks to her hard work and experience! She even went the extra mile by helping us with setting up the decor since we didn't have a big wedding & making smart suggestions about how we could do things to streamline everything. We also appreciated the wedding portal for easy communication and one central place for everyone to be able to look at things like contracts & decor inspiration. McKenna was also super friendly and encouraging, knowing just the right things to say. She definitely helped us keep it together so we weren't a blubbering mess walking down the aisle! And I think that is an even more excellent skill than her efficiency and organization! Overall she did an amazing job, and we can't recommend her highly enough!
My husband and I decided to go with The Perfect Day to help with our wedding planning after reading reviews, considering our venue’s preferred vendor list and comparing the packages and pricing (the best price for us) from other vendors. We intentionally went to an open house to meet with Heather before booking so we could ask our questions and decide which package is suitable for our needs. Heather answered our questions well which led us to getting the partial planning package since we already got our venue booked (The Preserve at Canyon Lake) and needed help on choosing other vendors. We were initially assigned to Taylor. The meetings went well and we were able to book our vendors, one by one. Taylor was very responsive and she provided us with great vendor suggestions for caterers, HMUA, DJ, photobooth and officiant. Heather helped us with the design, layout and rentals. We rented most of the reception items through them which is a big plus as we do not have to buy, bring and clean up after. Three months before our wedding, we were assigned to Peyton. Peyton was also our wedding day coordinator. We had a couple of meetings with her and did final walkthrough to make sure we have everything we needed for our big day. Peyton did an exceptional job coordinating our wedding day. She was at the venue before we arrived. I handed her all the stuff that needs to be set up as well as the seating place cards. It was so nice seeing everything get set up while me everyone’s getting ready. She made sure everything looks perfect up to the tiny detail of making sure our unity candles won’t tip over. We also had our rehearsal the same day and she helped us with that. She made sure we stayed according to timeline but also accommodated some on the spot changes. Our family and guests were very impressed on how well she organized the day. She is very approachable and all smiles. Overall, we are so thankful to The Perfect Day and to Peyton for giving us our “perfect day”. The partial planning package is sooooo worth it. We enjoyed every minute of our wedding day because everything was planned and taken care of.
