This yoga studio is by far the Best around. It is truly such an amazing experience. The instructors were so kind and caring. You can really relax and let go of any stress for a while. Everyone is so nice. It's so clean and just beautiful. ❤️
I attended my very first restorative yoga workshop at the Prancing Peacock. From the moment I walked in, the studio had a calm and welcoming vibe. The space is beautiful and peaceful. Blankets and other props were set for each participant, it immediately set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere. The instructor, Liz, was incredibly warm and knowledgeable, guiding us through each gentle pose with clear instructions and thoughtful adjustments. The class itself was an amazing experience. It was focused on relaxation and deep breathing, with poses held for longer periods of time, allowing my body to fully release tension. I really liked the aromatherapy and the reiki. By the end of the class, I felt incredibly grounded, rejuvenated, and centered. What stood out the most was how accessible the practice was, I left feeling relaxed and with a deep sense of calm.I can’t wait to return!
Jamie's Friday morning blend of yin and vinyasa is perfect for my skill level and focus. I appreciate in particular the attention she pays to neck/shoulder release. At the end of the week it's somehow especially helpful to progress through poses I can mostly do, so that I can concentrate on breathing/focus instead of "uh-oh, how does THAT work" thinking.
