I’ve been using Johnny G moving for small jobs of moving things around for my business and it has always been top notch service. I recently had them move us to our new house and I can say my wife and I were pleasantly satisfied with their service. They showed up on time with 4 guys and were very organized and professional. They asked where we wanted things at and when they showed up I still hadn’t had the time to disassemble all of our beds and some other furniture, and they told me not to worry because they had all the tools to disassemble themselves. I didn’t move a finger other than showing where things had to go. I see some negative reviews about their service and all I see is people that are turned off by the fact that the movers are not English as a first language speakers therefore, these are just racist comments because these guys are super nice and if you treat them with respect, they will be absolutely fantastic to deal with.

Yesterday I had Johnny G and his team do a move to our new residence. From the very first interaction, I could tell these guys were pros. It had been a long time since someone has surpassed my expectations, and wow did they ever. There team was efficient, precise and courteous. They put red carpet on the carpets to ensure not to scratch or stain carpets. They blanketed every piece of furniture. They didn’t even come close to marking a wall. ( which given some tight areas I couldnt believe.) They strapped most items in the trailer. Wrapped all the vases and mirrors. Help bring addition items they didn’t move into our home. I would 💯 recommend Johnny and crew to do your move. The were a third the cost of local commercial movers, who would not provided the same quality!! I will never use any other movers than JOHNNY G

Requested the 22 foot moving truck for 10am... they showed up with a 14 foot trailer at 11:30am. See photo, this is how they loaded the back of the pick up truck. They never wrapped a single peice of my furniture to protect it. My bedroom furniture has been damaged and is unrepairable. So unprofessional and demanded I pay upfront before he unloaded or else he would dump my belongings in a dumpster. They scratched my freshly painted banister and took chunks out of my ceiling. They decided they were done moving and just left half of my belongings in the apartment. Including half of my crib for my 7 month old baby. They claimed the elevator was frustratingly slow, but in reality they ran out of room as they brought the wrong size vehicle. Absolute trash. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told he was unavailable on weekends. Turns out the man who caused all this drama is the owner of the company so he was just lying. So untrustworthy and such a scam.

Look no where else the best right here. These guys went above and beyond for my move. My sofa would not go in the elevator they carried it up 7 flights and then would not go in the door. Who else would even try to help out a senior this way. Really they are the best. Thanks Pat
