Kevin promised to refund our costs if we weren't able to get approved by Google -- we were not approved and I never received the refund after months of requests. Google requires a physical on-site video recording taken through the Google Business Profile website in order to 'verify' your office location. I went to the location to record but the video I took was not approved. I live abroad and am only temporarily in the country hence the need for a virtual office, Kevin was extremely helpful leading up to everything but as soon as it didn't work he has ghosted my emails completely after promising to refund. Do not trust this business or Kevin at all, very unfortunate experience.

The Profile is great. It's a well-thought-through co-working space with excellent service. They are very friendly, helpful, and professional. In particular, I appreciated their virtual address service especially during the pandemic, trying to make it work for everyone despite the challenges we all faced. I highly recommend them for any business looking for a virtual address and/or co-working space.

I share many of the same experiences as others here. The space is nice, the staff are friendly, and the meeting rooms are great. When it came to ending the lease, my security deposit was not returned under the terms of the commercial tenancy and I was effectively ghosted by the company. My calls and emails weren't returned and unfortunately, I too, had to resort to legal action to get the deposit back. Very (unexpectedly) unprofessional on their part.
