Such a shame to see a community with so much potential being underutilized, particularly considering it holds one of the highest services charges.... 1) Can't ensure security in a building as they seem unable to fix the door entrance; 2) Communication is lacking and always reactive management; 3) Can't align with Emicool towards providing better and functional A/Cs; 4) Beautiful fountains left untreated and without water throughout the community; 5) Kids area without proper shade or maintenance; 6) Buildings that haven't seen paint in years and with visible damages. After flood on 16th of April 2024, in DIP, Green Community East Lake apartment, we still can not go to our homes and today we’ve been told to wait until 25th of May because all the money from funds are gone. How is this possible in Dubai? Where are authorities? We are complaining and complaining and noone is taking actions.

After providing all evidence of the damage to my home with photos and costs I got an email saying the insurance won’t be covered. They never reply and any replies are auto generated. Worst people I’ve dealt with in Dubai.
