Justin MorrisI had a very disappointing experience with The Realty TX. From the start, communication was poor. Messages and emails were often ignored, and when they did respond, it felt rushed and dismissive. As a landlord, they failed to address basic maintenance issues. I reported a leaking faucet, broken heating, etc. multiple times, but repairs were delayed for weeks with no clear timeline or updates. Additionally, the property was not in the condition promised during the showing. The carpets were stained, and several appliances were outdated or not functioning. It’s clear that customer service and tenant satisfaction are not a priority. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional, reliable realtor or landlord.

King P CollinsExtremely prejudiced against others who are not Asian experienced a very racial encounter while attempting to purchase a home she did an awful job representing the seller. When contacted about the situation she went ghost after seller agreed to accept my offer. During this time, her staff was rude to us and we were responding with facts. It left us with a very bad impression and she refused to continue with our transaction. We went to her office to clear the misunderstanding and she refused to settle. She told her employee to say she wasn’t there however we heard her upstairs, (where she currently lives) went to speak with her and all hell broke loose. We were physically assaulted by her and verbally. We filed a police complaint against her. Never got that property. I hope her business practices are not common to others who aren’t Asian Would never use her
