I would give this place a zero star if I could. I have never felt so shut out about anything in my life. I thought it was because they were judgmental. I work in the medical field. The worst part is how every time I was dismissed... never educated. "Yep that's pregnancy!" (But always very annoyed) Knowing what I know now, they knew what they were doing, and the lack in quality of care, coupled with leading misinformation, is the scar I carry for believing in this company, which I paid to be my health care team; it was a nightmare. Sincerely, your scared patient since 2017.

Dr. Pizzarello was a great provider to have during my first pregnancy. She was patient and kind and very informative especially at the end of pregnancy when complications arose. I would recommend her to friends and family.

The receptionists are super rude and have no empathy whatsoever. I called to see if they had an appointment for Dr. Browning because I had seen her previously and she was fantastic. I explained to the receptionist on the phone that I was experiencing a miscarriage and the ultrasound results were sent to the doctor. The receptionist then says that there are no appointments available and she was extremely rude and dismissive. She then just said bye and hung up the phone after saying there aren’t any appointments available. They need to fire the receptionists because they do not know how to talk to people, especially after experiencing a traumatic experience. They have some great doctors but I will be going elsewhere from now on because I don’t want to deal with the terrible receptionists anymore.

the receptionist are rude and not helpful at all. i was very understanding about the long hold times and inquired about the wait line jumping from 2 people ahead of my call to 6 people and then kept hanging up all together and asked if it’s broken and her response was very rude. after an hour wait the only available appt was for a whole year out which i stil was understanding and willing to schedule, apparently they couldn’t even make the appt without my insurance card number which i didnt have on me at the time. she said i would need to call back and be put on hold another hour. never heard of that..
