Really enjoyed my stay at M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It’s a great choice for golf fans as it’s located near a golf course, and the overall environment feels relaxing. The pool facilities are excellent and very family-friendly, making it a good option for those travelling with kids. Staff are friendly and helpful, and additional drinking water can easily be requested via room service or from the lobby staff. Overall, a great place to stay.

Beautiful, calm and luxurious hotel. I stayed here for 10 nights in January 2026, and was very impressed with the service. Our twin room overlooked the golf course which was stunning. Lovely bathroom with powerful shower and toiletries are renewed everyday. Huge pool with lots of sunbeds which was empty most of the time due schools being back I think. The hotel restaurant had excellent freshly cooked lunch buffets, where the chefs make food to order in-front of you e.g noodles, pasta or egg dishes. The spa is very luxurious and the staff are lovely- I would recommend the full body Swedish massage. Top tip- download the M Resort app as this gives you discounts on their restaurants and cafe food! There is also a free shuttle bus to Phileo train station and to the KLGCC mall!

4 but nearing 5! Room was amazing but we did have a really nice room as well in terms of expense wise. Great amenities and a 24 hour gym alongside buffet breakfast, room service, spa, sauna and pool available. Downfall was wedding service and I’ve seen that in other comments. Slow service, 1/2 rude staff but NOT all. Some were very lovely. Slower wedding service with long wait times on drinks even just a glass of water or a clean plate. Thanks for having us!

Outstanding service from Trisyia at the front desk earlier today. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Trisyia was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional, making a great first impression of the hotel. Staff like her truly make a difference. She deserves strong recognition and a salary raise. Highly recommended!
