The only reason I’m giving one star is because you cannot go lower! I spent over $600 here having my hair cut colored and styled and left with a look that was nothing like what I had requested. I had met with the stylist the day prior for a consultation and even showed pictures of exactly what I wanted. For reference I have attached photos both of what I asked for and what I ended up with…I asked for full highlights and stated in depth I wanted the color to be very light “icy” blonde with purple peek a boo highlights underneath in the back. I was asked numerous times if I wanted any length off to which I said no…my hair is darker now than when I went in, it’s a good 2” shorter, the back was cut so that it looks like an upside down triangle and only the “point” has purple. The layers are very choppy and the “purple” is barely visible and is almost black due to the fact my hair was not lightened enough. When I called saying I was unhappy and that I wanted a refund I was refused and told I could only get a “redo”. Why in Gods name would I give them a second chance after the complete disaster I walked away with the first time? $600 and I’m left completely disappointed. I’ll never be back and wouldn’t recommend this place for hair services to anyone!! * pictures attached for reference. The first three are what I asked for. The rest are what I walked out with*

I’m writing this review reluctantly because if everyone finds out how amazing this place is, I’ll never be able to book an appointment again! 😂 I’ve been going to Robert Andrew Spa in Gambrills, MD for quite some time now, and every single visit is nothing short of exceptional. My masseuse, Robert, is truly the best... professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. He somehow always knows exactly what my body needs and creates an experience that leaves me feeling completely renewed every time. I try to go at least once a month, and honestly, it’s the highlight of my self-care routine. If you’re looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and consistently excellent massage experience... this is it. Just don’t take my appointment slot!

What an amazing way to celebrate my birthday with a beautiful and relaxing day at the spa. This was my first time at the spa and Robert Andrew did not disappoint. I brought my own bottle of champagne and fully enjoyed all of the peace and serenity that I needed. Jennifer gave me a great deep tissue massage, from head to toe. My body felt so rejuvenated. Followed by calming facial by Koryne. She was so energetic, engaging and enthusiastic. She was so knowledgeable about skincare and gave great recommendations for my skin type. The music was so soothing, the lighting was very refreshing. They have water, tea and coffee for your enjoyment and the staff were very professional. I’ll be back.

Absolutely superb massage experience for me and my guest. The facilities were beautifully done and make you feel welcome and relaxed as soon as you enter. The staff all around was top-notch, very attentive and kind every step of the way. The massage therapists were absolutely amazing start to finish, left feeling the most relaxed I have In years. Will definitely be back!
