Would highly recommend the Roberts Group when trying to secure a mortgage. We worked primarily with Paula and she was nothing short of spectacular. We put her in a bit of a tough situation as we came to her 3 weeks prior to our mortgage expiring. She was able to get us a new mortgage before the deadline and her knowledge in the field saved us from paying our previous lender large fees past their listed renewal date. She was able to get us half a percent lower than what any other bank was offering during a time in which rate hikes were the norm. Although we worked primarily with Paula we did have some encounters with both Cam and Derek which were also very professional and extremely informative. If you need a mortgage broker the Roberts Group would be on the top of list in terms of recommendations. Our only regret is we didn't find them until 10 years into our mortgage. Everyone who helped us at the Roberts Group was professional and efficient. Paula came highly recommended by a colleague and we were VERY happy with the end result. Our bank came to us four months before our mortgage was up with an "early renewal special". In the end Paula and her team were able to secure us a mortgage with a reputable lender at 0.86% less than the initial "early renewal special" offer. After the bank found out we were "shopping around" they shaved 0.35% off their "good" [sic] offer but that was still 0.51% higher than what Paula secured for us--we saved $15,000 over the three year term of our mortgage by going with the Roberts Group. They have even continued to provide attentive service after the mortgage closed. Happy customers are repeat customers.
