I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Prestige Mortgage Group and I must say it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Mallory and Danielle were the worst communicators, incompetent and unprofessional. Their customer service was abysmal. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a response from anyone at Prestige Mortgage Group. Phone calls and emails were ignored, and when I did manage to get through to someone, they seemed completely disinterested in helping. The communication was not only lacking but also misleading. I was given promises and assurances that were never fulfilled. Deadlines were constantly pushed back without any explanation or apology. The lack of transparency was astounding. I had no idea what was happening with my loan most of the time, and the information I did receive was vague at best. They wanted to keep me in the dark about the complications and challenges they were facing since both Danielle and Mallory have no idea what they are doing. If they had all the time in the world they still won’t be able to do their jobs correctly. I was able to get a mortgage approved independently in two days and they had over a month. In the end, I cannot in good conscience recommend Prestige Mortgage Group to anyone. Save yourself the headache and frustration by choosing a more reputable mortgage provider.
