Thank you RV Corral staff for a great experience. Five stars ***** Ashley our sales representative was fantastic, no pressure and took all the time necessary to help us decide on the perfect unit. She has a wonderful-no pressure-style. We are very pleased with our new Cougar. It checks all of our boxes. Ashley in finance found us the best terms and warranty. She was very organized. The process was relaxing and there was zero pressure to purchase other unnecessary items. We appreciate her professionalism. Kevin was very helpful regarding the walk through. He answered all of our questions regarding the trailers operating systems and demonstrated them to help us going forward. We also want to thank Kevan and Joy for some required follow up care which will be handled in the near future. My wife and I feel the whole experience was far more pleasant, professional, and far less pressure filled than our previous experience with a local competitor. Thanks again.

I had a wonderful experience at the RV Corral! They are such a great team. They followed through with ALL of their promises and agreements. There was such a positive energy/vibe! Everyone had a great smile and authentic greetings....all of the way from my sales person Matt, Joy, the RV coordinator, Elaine in Finance, and my favorite...Kevin who did the walk-through. He was kind, patient, and informative. This guy really knows his stuff! Oh I can't forget about the other Matt who took us on our first drive! He was awesome too! What a great team! I definitely recommend for you to go see them in Eugene Oregon, if you're in the market for an RV!

Loved the process from start to finish. Everyone was extremely accommodating and quick to make our experience pleasant. Special thanks to (Sales)Robby and Lauren, (Finance)Ashley and Kenny were awesome and extremely professional. Mike from service did our walk through and was extremely thorough and engaging. He also tended to some unexpected repairs on the spot helping make the process that much more enjoyable and free of any worries. The whole team treated us like family from start to finish. 6/28/25 Update: We are back for our 4th RV from RV Corral. Of course we get all our RVs from Leon because he is the best. He was so patient with us trying to decide on used or new. We got a new 2025 Cougar and love it!!! Kevin got it all set up for us and walked us through, he is the best from service. Ashley got our paperwork done and always knows what we want. What a team. We just love them. Shout out to Lauren also we love her too. UPDATE: we visited our favorite RV Dealer and found a perfect upgrade. Of course Leon in sales and Ashley in Finance were the best. Kevin and his crew in Service got the rigg ready for the road. I have to say these folks and everyone at RV Corral are the best of the best. Best Sales but they follow up with best service!!! Thank you for making us feel like family. 5/2023 Mary Murphy We have bought 5 RV”s in our lifetime and this experience was the most outstanding of them all. Leon is a great sales person. He was helpful, friendly and so knowledgeable. We found exactly what we needed. They gave us a good deal on our RV, got us a second AC so fast, serviced our new unit in a week and then got our truck set up with a goose neck in a day. They even had us spend the night on their Highly Protected lot so we could swap our stuff since we were traveling from Arizona. I think it is best summed up as we felt like we were treated as family.
