Rochelle TanI had an amazing experience at Nail House! Grace did my Christmas design, and she absolutely nailed it. 🎄✨ Her attention to detail is incredible, and she made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. The design is festive, clean, and super cute. Highly recommend! 🎅💅
Laura KutcherAttended Nailhouse Westwood yesterday and was not impressed. First they sat me in a pedicure chair that still had water in it and I didn’t notice so stepped in it. Then had to wait 15 mins for my nail tech while my daughters and mother all were seated and finished before me. Finally I told my nail tech I wanted almond nails with a French finish and she gave me rounded! She basically filed all my real nails off! I asked for a tip to be put on my thumb so I could match the length of my other nails so she put a tip on my thumb and then filed it all off!!! She took so long filing my nails that another tech had to take over and the shellac she put on was terrible as well! The shellac does not reach the sides of any of the nails. $75 later (and over an hour and 15mins) and I am having to file my nails at home because they are catching on my clothing. Worst set of shellac nails I’ve had done and didn’t even get acrylic or tips. Super disappointed and frustrated it cost so much and then did not get what I asked for. 😢 Addendum: I received a response from the establishment indicating that I had a polish done and then changed my color! This in fact did not happen! Obviously Nail House does not care about the happiness of their customers and their lack of expertise and professionalism when dealing with the public shows. What kind of business would lie is response to a customer review! I will not return and will tell everyone I know what a terribly run business Nail House is!

Diane HumphreyI went in for a shellac mani/pedi today and as usual, my favourite nail technician, Tran, went over the pros and cons of different polishes and brands I was looking at. She helped me to choose a colour for each and filed my nails to exactly the shape I wanted. I love this nail salon and have been going there for a few years. Definitely will be back!
