I reached out to Shane after getting frustrated with my first realtor. We hadn't even got to listing yet and he was fighting me all the way and not listening to me. Shane had been on my radar because I had visited his site and registered. He started calling about once every 4-6 weeks to ask if I needed his help yet. This continues for almost a year. He was always polite and never pushy. He was the perfect amount of persistent to get my business. I could tell he was the kinda guy who was gonna get my house sold. Once I met Shane in person I knew I had found the right guy. He was open and honest about expectations and fully transparent about the whole process. My house sold within a few weeks slightly under ask but still way over what my first realtor had suggested we list it at.
