While staying at the hotel, I booked a wax, pedicure and manicure. The aesthetician Gabby did my wax. She is absolutely wonderful - outstanding professionalism and very nice! I felt at ease - she clearly cares about the client experience and did an excellent job! She wants you to feel your best and it showed in her interaction. I would absolutely come back for a wax the next time I’m in the area!! Dana did my mani/pedi services. She did an excellent job and was very detail oriented. She was easy to talk to, helped get me an order of prosecco to enjoy during services and made sure I was happy with the results. I messed up one of my toes and she insisted on fixing it (even though it was my clumsiness at fault). Overall a good experience with my services!! Areas needing improvement would be front desk staff being at the desk for check in/check out, and the noise level of the hair salon. Not deal breakers for me, because the services are great, but could use some attention.

I had a facial and a pedicure. The people performing the service were wonderful. However, if you want to experience a relaxing, soothing session you may not have one. The noise from the salon was so loud (laughing, loud talking) that it drowned out any soothing music that was in the space where you get serviced. It is pricey and the inability to fully enjoy it makes me look for another option. Really too bad.

I treated myself to a spa day that included a pedicure, facial, body wrap, and massage. All of the providers were professional and courteous explaining the treatments and making sure I was comfortable. The treatment rooms, bathroom, and relaxation areas were clean and well maintained. I feel so relaxed and believe my money was well spent.

I had an amazing experience with Dana. It was my first time experiencing the spa services and wow. The pedicure I received was superb! She gave me the best pedicure of my life. My feet are sensitive/ticklish but I was completely comfortable; I nearly dozed off I was so relaxed! I definitely recommend coming to the Spa. The ambiance is calming and it’s super clean. Very upscale aesthetic! Again, Dana is the BEST. Her attention to detail is the truth. I haven’t seen my pinky toes in years. I’m very grateful I came in for a pedicure.
